江蘇省數控測量加工設備計量中心

中心簡介

為了滿足對我省各企業、事業單位新購置的數控機床（加工中心）進行驗收和校準以及滿足對使用中的機床進行定期校準工作的需要，經江蘇省質量技術監督局批準，本院成立了“江蘇省數控測量加工設備計量中心”。

我中心早在2004年就購置了具有世界先進水平的英國雷尼紹高性能激光干涉系統。該激光干涉儀系統為數控機床定位精度的校準提供了高性能、高精度的檢測手段。該儀器所帶附件全，它可以測量各種幾何參數，乃至長達幾十米的機床，并診斷和測量各種幾何誤差，其測量不確定度比傳統檢測技術的測量不確定高十多倍。該儀器可進行自動測量及實時采集測量數據，不僅節省時間還可以避免人為誤差，并能按國際標準和各國標準進行數據分析、處理，如IS0230、JIS6330、VD13441、NMTBA及GB10931 -89等。也可以根據測試結果，現場進行誤差補償，使機床恢復原技術指標。該儀器技術指標為：線性測量分辨率0.001微米，測量范圍0.1米-40米，線性測量精度0.7微米（0-40℃車間工作條件下）。該儀器主要功能是：幾何量測量功能、自動螺距補償功能、水平或垂直旋轉軸轉角標定功能及機床動態性能評價功能等。為保證省內各有關單位的數控機床的正常使用，我中心機組人員經過雷尼紹公司嚴格培訓，按用戶要求在機床檢驗方面提供優質服務，為各單位廣為利用。

江蘇省數控測量加工設備計量中心主要開展的項目是對數控、測量、加工設備定位精度、角度、直線度、垂直度的校準。數控機床、加工中心的定位精度 與重復定位精度（激光干涉儀、球桿儀）

本中心配備激光干涉儀，精度達到0.5微米/米，可以檢測數控機床的定位精度與重復定位精度，配備的球桿儀可以對機床各軸的聯動性進行檢測，并且可以根據檢測結果對數控機床的精度進行調整，使其回歸良好狀態。

特色項目

（1）三坐標測量機的校準、精度調整與維護保養

本中心開展三坐標測量機的校準已20多年，具有優良的設備及優秀的檢定人員，能獨立操作各類坐標測量機，通過與?？怂箍档壬a廠家的緊密合作，具有坐標測量機的精度調整與維護保養得能力。

（2）三坐標操作編程培訓

本中心開展?？怂箍等鴺藴y量機的操作與軟件編程培訓，培訓工程師有著豐富的檢測與教學經驗，能夠幫助用戶培養測量人才，解答平時測量過程中遇到的問題。

（3）影像測量儀（二次元、三次元）校準與調試

本中心配備高精度的玻璃線紋尺、網格板及圓形靶標，可以對各類影像測量儀進行校準并對其幾何精度與線性精度進行標定。

  (4)  數控機床的檢測

本中心配有多套激光干涉儀、無線球桿儀，可對各種機床進行定位精度及重復定位精度檢測也可開展機床精度補償工作。

（5）工業機器人檢測

本中心配有AT960激光跟蹤儀，按照GB/T 1264-2013 《工業機器人性能規范及其試驗方法》開展工業機器人位姿精度與重復性測試。

（6）大尺寸零部件檢測（激光跟蹤儀、圓柱度儀、輪廓儀、掃描式三坐標測量機）

本中心開展零部件檢測已有近40年的歷史，具有豐富的經驗與解決難題的能力。本中心配備了激光跟蹤儀、圓柱度儀、輪廓儀、掃描式三坐標測量機等高精度的進口儀器，能對風電制造業、汽車制造業進行現場精度檢測。

（7）零部件檢測

本中心配有9臺坐標機及全省唯一一臺超高精度的影像測量儀，可提供24小時不間斷出廠檢測業務。提供各種復雜零部件的檢測方案及逆向工程服務。

（8）線纜計米器校準（標準線、激光測長儀，精度0.05%）

本中心配備高精度的標準計米器、激光測長測速儀，可以對各線纜、織布企業的工作計米器進行現場校準，精度可達0.05%。

（9）線（角）位移傳感器校準

本中心配有5500mm的線位移傳感器校準裝置，可開展各類線位移傳感器的校準。配有高精度細齒分度臺，可開展角度傳感器（光電軸角編碼器）的校準。

As early as 2004, our center purchased a world advanced renishaw high performance laser interferometer system.The laser interferometer system provides a high performance and high precision detection method for the calibration of the positioning accuracy of nc machine tools.The instrument is equipped with accessories, it can measure all kinds of geometric parameters, even dozens of meters long machine tool, and diagnose and measure all kinds of geometric errors, its measurement uncertainty is more than ten times higher than the traditional measurement technology of measurement uncertainty.

The center is equipped with a laser interferometer with a precision of 0.5 micron/meter, which can detect the positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools. The equipped ball club instrument can detect the interactivity of each axis of the machine tools, and adjust the accuracy of CNC machine tools according to the detection results, so as to make them return to a good state.
