部門簡介
長度與幾何量計量檢測部主要開展各類常規和特殊計量器具的檢定、校準和修理，具有一流水平的恒溫實驗室，以及先進的、高精度的進口和國產計量檢測設備，技術力量雄厚，共有工程技術人員16名，人員結構合理，既有長期從事計量檢定積累了豐富經驗的老同志，也有一大批年富力強、學歷層次高、勤奮好學的年輕人。
特色項目
（1） 各類螺紋量規和螺紋零件
本院擁有荷蘭生產的XPL400螺紋綜合測量儀、SJ5200-10060螺紋綜合測量儀、瑞士生產的LABCP1000高精度萬能測長儀、JD25-C數據處理萬能測長儀、高精度坐標測量機、德國蔡司的萬能工具顯微鏡、以及數百套螺紋校對規，能對各種標準、各種尺寸的螺紋量規及螺紋零部件提供快速、準確的全參數校準和檢測。
（2） 高等別線紋尺
本院擁有中國計量科學研究院研制的1m激光干涉比長儀標準裝置，?？怂箍禍y量技術（青島）有限公司的Optiv Reference系列超高精度型復合式影像測量系統，可以對高等別線紋尺、工作用線紋尺和其他各種規格的玻璃線紋尺進行檢定、校準。
（3） 量具檢修
本院擁有數顯全自動指示表檢定儀和各種規格的量塊、環規，能對各種游標類、測微類、指示類及角度類量具進行檢定、校準和維修。
（4） 鍍層厚度標準片
本院擁有德國生產的XDV-SDD X射線熒光鍍層測厚儀和MMS PC2涂鍍層測厚儀，可對各種金屬鍍層標準片及零件、印刷線路板的鍍銅厚度、阻焊層厚度進行測量 ，同時還可進行痕量分析，金屬成分分析。
（5） 采光與照明
本院積極響應國家號召“保護青少年視力，全社會行動起來”，積極籌建教室采光與照明項目，共同守護青少年視力。
